  • I’m here for the comments lol

  • My little ones love crackers and hommus or yoghurt and custard squeezy tubes. Cut up apple, grated cheese ( not sliced lol).

  • I like to have a stash of goodies in the freezer and then mix and match with fresh items. I have been so thankful to have found one handed cooks for great kids recipes. Their banana pancakes are super easy and freeze really well. Also their chocolate cake (which is really zucchini cake with cacao powder and a bit of sugar!). Daughter loves yoghurt pouches, apple, watermelon, jatz and cheese, pretzels, sultanas. I think the main thing is to try everything as they might surprise you. Sometimes you need to offer something 100 times before they’ll even try it but don’t give up!

  • The bellamy range at coles and woolworths are a great hit with my kids, and they are super healthy too!

  • Mini brown rice cakes at aldi. Comes in a 12 pack with different flavours. My son loved them.

  • My 2yo loves her “platters” which are generally fruit/vege, crackers and cheese. She also loves yoghurt in the squeezy pouches!

  • veggie sticks (celery, carrot, cucumber). Cherry tomatoes in half. plain crackers. For summer I make smoothies and freeze them

  • Selection plate. With fruit, veggie sticks (if toddler having trouble chewing, boil them first) crackers and dip, cheeses, jelly slices

  • My toddler loves cheese! I get Bega stringers and those round ones in the netted bag. Also plain popcorn.
She also loves fruit so I’ve always got strawberries, watermelon, apples and pears.
She used to love yoghurt but I think she’s gotten sick of it now.

  • My toddler loves a “snack plate”, cherry tomatoes, cheese, strawberries and a little treat maybe a biscuit or yoghurt drops

  • cheese, yoghurt (low in sugar), fruit cut up(apple, mandarins, grapes, berries and banana are favs), sandwich with natural nut butter, we sometimes heat leftovers to put in a b box thermo and crackers…

  • Egg muffins, cut up veggies, hommus, cut up fruit.
Cut it up and portion it out at the start of the week to save on time later!

  • I second the peanut butter apple snacks (although I don’t microwave it, just spread it on one, place another apple slice on top and call it an apple peanut butter sandwich). Pumpkin scones always go down well here, as do pancakes. Cruskits are amazingly versatile, and really easy too.

  • Carrot sticks, hommus, wholemeal sandwiches, home made sausage rolls loaded with grated vegies, fruit, mini quiches.

  • I call it a fun bowl because it’s got all of my girls favorites inside, the little sosages you can get in the chilled section, cheese choopes into cubes, cucumber without the skin, crackers normally ritz and chopped strawberries. Another idea is vegemite and cheese scrolls, make them yourself at home together.

  • My son loves the baby bellies range from coles and woolies. They gave heaps of varieties.

  • Banana pancakes! Check out the recipe section there is a few great ideas there.

  • Vegetables with dip or hummus

  • Apple “donuts” – slice apple horizontally into small disk shapes with the core in the centre of each piece. Cut the core out of each slice, then melt some peanut butter in the microwave. Dip the slices in peanut butter for icing, and top with some desiccated coconut for sprinkles.
