I am waiting to see my doctor about treating my prolapsed uterus and wanted advise from other mums on exercise and sex. I’m trying to loose my post baby bump but I’m scared any exercises I do will make my prolaspse worse, and likewise for sex and will i be able to have another baby with or without the support aurgery? Sharing any of your experiences would be appreciated.
