Do you have dry heels? Try this simple natural solution to repair your feet and get them looking great again.

DIY foot scrub

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of sea salt
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 orange

Method:

  1. Mix oil and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Cut orange into slices.
  3. Dip orange slices into oil mixture and rub the orange on your heels.
  4. Rub your heels for 10 minutes continuing to dip the orange in the oil mixture as you go.
  5. Rinse your feet with warm water.

This works so well on my feet. Try it out and let me know how you go. Please add your comment below.

  • Dry cracked heels can be caused by wearing open shoes. Exfoliation can help and regular moisturizer.

  • Salt can be very abrasive and there is any broken skin at all it will sting. Orange is acidic as is other citrus fruit. Just as well the oil will neutralise them.
