Lucy Liu shares gorgeous new photo of son Rockwell

Last week, Lucy Liu surprised the world by announcing she had become a mum for the first time.

The star took to Instagram to confirm that a gestational carrier had given birth to her son, Rockwell Lloyd Liu, with the new mum sharing this precious moment:

A week on, the Elementary actress has posted a new photo of her bub, and he’s just too adorable.

Posting on Instagram, Lucy shared:

“Rockwell and I so appreciate all your warm wishes!”

We can’t wait to see more photos of baby Rockwell as he grows up!

The photo of Lucy and her son reminds me of the first time I held my daughter – what a beautiful feeling of just being so overwhelmed with love. I am so happy for her and I wish her and Rockwell all the best.

Beautiful child and mum looks happy.. My announcements were different even having my mum deliver one of my sons. She was the only qualified midwife on duty and the doctor was busy.

Mum got a phone call at midnight. I posted a photo on Facebook at 4 am and sent text messages out at 7 am
