Our local Aussie hero mum, who is clearly as crazy about lollies as I am, has shared her brilliant Kmart hack to keep greedy little hands and mouths away from her lolly storage.

This latest Kmart hack is so simple and yet so very effective. A mum named Linda has posted a pick of her clever trick in the Kmart Home Decor And Hacks Australia Facebook group. She uses Kmart’s Over the Door Basket Organiser, which is a popular storage solution, conventionally used in kitchens and bathrooms. However, Linda employs the organisers for a very different task – to keep her Allen’s lollies stash well hidden from her little lolly monsters.

“Kmart over the door storage. Kids open my bedroom door and can’t see my stash. Winning!,” the triumphant mum shared.

How It Works!

For only $25, you too can re-create this Kmart hack in your own home. Once you’ve got the organiser hanging over your bedroom door, your secret stash will only be visible to someone inside the room, once the door is closed. So when your kids come barging into your room, they’ll have absolutely no idea there’s a treasure trove of treats hiding out of sight.
