Hello!

Designer outdoor dining tables can cost thousands of dollars, but one clever mum has crafted her own designer-lookalike pillar leg outdoor dining table using Kmart and Bunnings finds.

Gina Ciancio, who runs Style Curator, said she’d been lusting after pillar leg furniture, but the budget was proving a little too steep. So she tried her hand at creating the outdoor dining table of her dreams, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park!

She says it’s a DIY she’s wanted to create for more than a year, and despite not being an advance DIYer, she managed to pull off a corker of a hack!

“I’m by no means an advanced DIYer… In fact, up until this DIY I’d never used a jigsaw, tiled… or made any furniture for that matter!” Gina explained.

She managed to pull together this incredible dining table using Kmart Oak Look Tables, MDF board and tiles – and the result is a bespoke piece that makes a statement.

The finish on the table mimics a high-end concrete pillar table worth thousands.
