I use these to nibble on but also make own nut butter from and add these to it. When you munch on them it makes it feel like youre wating more as they are so light. They roast up nicely and then blended to make a yummy butter with other nuts Luke peanut or almonds or used in granola

I love slithered almonds as it feels like im eating more for the same amount of calories. Great for topping baked goods and desserts to. This particular brand is quiet expensive
