    I love this! I’ve been avoiding sugar laden products and processed white sugar for a while now. Products like this make it so much easier. A bit more expensive then white sugar, but worth it

    This sugar is good but is quite expensive and we only buy if it is on special. Great for having in a coffee and keeps well as doesn’t clump easily.

  • Sweet without the sugar crash

    I started using this for baking around the time I had Gestational Diabetes. While I couldn’t eat much in the way of carbs and sweets, this sugar was good in place of white sugar for baking treats, and I’ve since used it for baking things like banana bread and chocolate zucchini bread for my daughter.

    My dietitian put me onto this sugar some years ago, and I have been using it since. Because of it’s Low GI was the recommendation. It has a lovely taste which I enjoy. Try to always have at least one packet in the pantry. Once I ran out of it and used just plain sugar, didn’t enjoy it.

    I always used white sugar. Decided to make a change and Im so glad I did it taste so much better with my coffee and is better for you also.
