  • Great for making kombucha with

    3.5 out of 5

I like this sugar. It has a great taste to it, and I like making my kombucha with it, as it gives it a different flavour and I enjoy it. A little on the pricey side.

  • A healthier sugar

I buy thos because it is less processed and therefore retains vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, and polyphenols which have powerful antioxidant properties and numerous health┬ábenefits. So if I’m going to make something using sugar for my kids i like that it has health benefits.

  • Um, yeah

    4 out of 5

Not really sure how to rate sugar. It added a sweetness to all recipes I put it in. It’s a bit expensive, because it’s foreign I guess. It wasn’t bad but I won’t be buying again

  • Pretty good product

    4 out of 5

I find this to be a pretty good product and use it to make decadent brownies with my Thermomix.
It definitely gives my baking a nicer flavour.

  • Love it

    4.5 out of 5

I use his as a sub in coffee at times, also in general baking in place of brown sugar (using less), and to add sweetness to things like curries and coconut rice.

  • Good flavor

    3.5 out of 5

I have only tried thus in curries and it did the job of replacing any other sugars I would use, the flavor worked in well with the taste result I was after.
