This recipe is easy, cheap and delicious!

Ingredients (serves 6)

1 cup SR Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup Caster Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa powder

Method

Preheat oven 180C. Grease a loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer to loaf pan. Bake for 40 min.

Notes

I added ready made frosting and grated chocolate to garnish.

Nearly looks too simple to be delicious. Am loving the below suggestion of replacing 1/2 the sugar with some carrot
