Ingredients (serves 4)
- 30g butter
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 300ml thickened cream
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Method
- Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for one minute.
- Add cream. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce thickens slightly .
- Add parmesan, and serve
