My first dinner with the All-in-One Cooker. A tasty plate that everybody enjoyed. I mixed two recipes from the All-in-One Cooker Cookbook

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g chicken breast, diced
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • ½ red pepper, diced
  • 130 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small leek, finely diced
  • 1 carrot, finely diced
  • 280 g long grain rice
  • 360 ml chicken stock
  • 70 g frozen peas

Method

  1. Add oil to the inner pot.
  2. Press SAUTE/SEAR HIGH TEMP button, set cooking time for 5 minutes and press START (Do not close the lid). Add the chicken and stir from time to time.
  3. Press SAUTE/SEAR HIGH TEMP button, set cooking time for 10 minutes and press START (Do not close the lid). Add the leek, onion, carrot, pepper and tomatoes. Stir from time to time.
  4. Add the rice, peas and stock. Stir and close the lid.
  5. Select the RISOTTO program in the pressure cooking and press START. (Check that the valve is on SEAL)
  6. Enjoy.

  • Yum, looks lovely. I’m a bit partial to using Arborio rice in risottos too.

  • This looks very yummy! Will have to try it without the chicken too (though I can use a chicken stock still as it’s meat-free) so I can devour it as well as my kids. Thanks for sharing!
