Easy cookies for morning tea hubby in the office.


Ingredients (makes 30 cookies)

  • 45 gr Icing Sugar
  • 130 gr Flour
  • 30 gr Milk Powder
  • 170 gr Almond powder
  • 1/4 tbs Salt
  • 90 gr Vegetable oil
  • Black sesame seeds and almond slice for decoration

Method

  1. Mix well in a bowl icing sugar, flour, milk powder, almond powder and salt. Add in vegetable oil, mix well.
  2. Knead dough into an oval with 10 gr each and smeared with egg yolk. Put black sesame seeds as eyes and nose with almond slice.
  3. Bake at 165 degree for 15 minutes or golden brown.
