A dairy free and egg free creamy avocado sauce.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 Onion
  • Half cup Rice Milk
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Packet of pasta spagetti or penne
  • handful Cherry tomatoes

Method

  1. Fry chicken and onion with olive oil when chicken is cooked put aside. Boil pasta.
  2. To make the avocado sauce, mix the avocados, lemon, rice milk and a quarter of the boiled water in a blender until it begins to look like a sauce.
  3. Add sauce to the pasta, then add the chicken and cherry tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
