A simple, tasty meal. Can be altered to suit tastes, my hubby has ham instead of avo on his.
Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 4 Pieces of toast)
- Handful of fetta
- Half an avo
- Half a tomato
- 4 slices wholemeal toast
Method
- Toast bread and butter if desired.
- Finely slice tomato and avo. Place ingredients on toast.
- Sprinkle fetta on top.

Really simple to make - even the teen says so.
