Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Peanut Butter is a wonderful way to surprise everyone!

Who knew that with this recipe from Mayver’s you can enjoy a sweet treat but also squeeze in some nourishing ‘good fats’ with the avocado?  We find the avocado adds a beautiful smooth creaminess to this Avocado Chocolate Mousse that you wouldn’t even get from full fat cream.

If you are going to whip up this Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Peanut Butter, go for Mayver’s Peanut Butter.  There really is a difference.

The Dad behind the brand Paul, says …

“At Mayver’s, we’ve always been about bringing back the goodness to Australia’s kitchen tables.

As a father of three young kids, I genuinely understand how difficult it can be to find affordable healthy alternatives for the foods we love to eat.

I’ve made it my personal mission to rid the world of “badditives” and to create Mayver’s range of wholesome, healthy table spreads that taste delicious and empower everyone to lead a healthier, happier life!”

We think this Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Peanut Butter Recipe is our new favourite!! And so quick and easy to whip up too.

If you don’t have fresh raspberries, you could switch out for blueberries, cranberries, strawberries or even a sprinkle of toasted coconut and/or nuts.  There are so many toppings that would work perfectly for the Avocado Chocolate Mousse.

  • I’ve never used avocado in chocolate mousse before, but I have seen it in a few different recipes, so I really do need to try it. I think it would make for a lovely thick mousse as the consistency is already there! I love that this one incorporates chocolate and peanut butter too.

  • I love avocadoes and like this for nutitional value. Taste wise you often can still taste avocado in sweet desserts and sometimes it doesn’t work, but think the peanut and cacao spread will add flavour.
