Simple and easy snack for hubby and my little boy.


Ingredients (makes 4 Pie)

  • 1 sheet Shortcut pastry, cut to four
  • 5 slices Bacon, chopped
  • 1 tsp Cooking oil
  • 100 gr Mushroom, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce
  • A pinch of pepper

Method

  1. Heat up a pan. Add in oil. Put in the bacon, mushroom, carrot and onion cook for few minutes.
  2. Add in oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper, stir for few times ( adding a little water if needed). Leave to cool.
  3. Spoon the bacon mixture into the pastry. Brush the top of the pie with egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Place the pie on wire rack for few minutes before serving.
