Oven should be 170 degrees for banana bread.


Ingredients

  • 3-4 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tspn Vanilla essence
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Choc chips
  • 1 1/2 cup Self raising flour

Method

  1. Combine butter, essence and sugar on stovetop.
  2. Mash bananas in separate bowl. After butter combination has melted add to bananas.
  3. Stir in well. Stir in egg well.
  4. Add flour and milk and stir.
  5. Add choc chips and stir.
  6. Place batter in greased tin and bake for 25-35 mins or until brown.
