This is an all natural instant ice cream without any dairy or sugar involved.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 medium almost ripe bananas, cut in small chunks
- 6 Dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup Soy milk
Method
- Put the cut banana in a zip lock bag, place in the freezer for 1 hour or so. (This can be repeated any time and leave in the freezer for future use)
- Take banana out of the bag, place into the food processor, with dates and soy milk.
- Wizz them up for about 30 seconds or longer to get the consistency you prefer. Scoop out and enjoy!
Notes
I make this whenever the little ones are craving ice cream, they don't know this is actually NOT ice cream and they love it.
