Easy and the best caramel ever, much nicer than the store brought caramel in a can.
Ingredients (serves 10 | makes 1 can of caramel)
- 1 Can of Condensed Milk
Method
- Take a large saucepan and put 1 can of condensed milk unopened in it, covering with water.
- Bring to boil, then let simmer for 2 hours. Top up with water to keep can covered.
- After 2 hours remove and from stove top and let cool, standing can upright. After it cools use in biscuit cases, slices, or just grab a spoon and eat it.
