Great to start the year off with a detox breakfast
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/2 cup Rice Flakes
- 1/2 cup Apple Juice
- 1/2 cup grated Apple
- 1 Table Spoon Natural Yoghurt
- 1 Tea Spoon Honey
- 1/2 cup Chopped Berries of your choice
Method
- Soak rice flakes in apple juice. Leave in fridge overnight. When ready to serve mix through yogurt, fresh fruit and Lemon juice
- For variations use soy yogurt or soy milk, or add cinnamon on top
