A tasty & fun way to serve eggs.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Slice bread
Method
- Boil egg until runny, meanwhile toast bread, spread with butter or margarine & cut into four segments. With a knife cut top off egg & serve.
Notes
My grandma used to cook eggs for me this way when I was little.
