Delicious meal for dinner.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500 gr Chicken wings
- 1 tray/ 300 gr Fried tofu
- 200 gr Mushroom
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 2 Star anise
- 6 Cloves
- 1 Whole Garlic, with outer layer skins
- 600 ml Water
- 3 tbs Vegetable oil
- 2 tbs Sugar
- 4 tbs Light soy sauce
- 2 tbs Dark soy sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a wok, add in sugar and stir fry until sugar melted and turned brown. Add in garlic, star anise, cloves and cinnamon, mix well.
- Add in chicken wings, water, fried tofu and mushroom.
- Add in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Cook for about 20 minutes or until gravy become thicker. Serve with rice and dip with chili sauce.
