Delicious meal for dinner.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500 gr Chicken wings
  • 1 tray/ 300 gr Fried tofu
  • 200 gr Mushroom
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 2 Star anise
  • 6 Cloves
  • 1 Whole Garlic, with outer layer skins
  • 600 ml Water
  • 3 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbs Sugar
  • 4 tbs Light soy sauce
  • 2 tbs Dark soy sauce

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add in sugar and stir fry until sugar melted and turned brown. Add in garlic, star anise, cloves and cinnamon, mix well.
  2. Add in chicken wings, water, fried tofu and mushroom.
  3. Add in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Cook for about 20 minutes or until gravy become thicker. Serve with rice and dip with chili sauce.
