This spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is perfect balance of spicy and creamy and the perfect appetiser for any party! Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, bread or veggies.
Ingredients (serves 14)
- 4 cups Chicken Breast (Cooked & Shredded)
- 250 grams Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Tasty Cheese
- 3/4 cup Chopped Red Capsicum (optional)
Method
- Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing chopped red capsicum and shredded cheese in the slow cooker and stir together.
- Place lid on an set to high heat for 1-2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
- The dip is ready when both the shredded cheese and cream cheese are melted.
- For an extra twist, add chopped spring onion or crumbled blue cheese to garnish.
Notes
You can find Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce near the bbq sauces in most Woolworths supermarkets.
