Ingredients (makes 45 Cookies)

  • 200 gr Butter
  • 50 gr Icing sugar
  • 150 gr Plain flour
  • 50 gr Rice flour

Method

  1. Beat the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add in sifted flour mixture. Fold until combine well. Make any shape you like.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 170c for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let them sit for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack until completely cool down.

  • Excellent….I was given a lot of pantry items when my 2 daughters moved to a different State…so i am 3 times what i would normally and i have Rice flour from one of my daughters…..this would be a wonderful way to use some up,
