Ingredients (makes 45 Cookies)
- 200 gr Butter
- 50 gr Icing sugar
- 150 gr Plain flour
- 50 gr Rice flour
Method
- Beat the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
- Add in sifted flour mixture. Fold until combine well. Make any shape you like.
- Bake in preheated oven at 170c for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let them sit for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack until completely cool down.
