Yummy steaks with lots of flavour.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 6 thin beef steaks
- 2 capsicums
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp nuttelex
- herbs as personal preference
Method
- In a fry pan with olive oil cook steaks until crispy or brown in colour then turn over. Add nuttelex, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
- Cut capsicum and onions in small pieces and put aside until you turn over steak.
- Add capsicum and onions to the steaks and cook until steaks are ready.
