Ingredients (serves 6 | makes 6 dessert cups )
- Cream Mixture
- 1 Nescafe Caramel Latte Sachet
- 600mL thickened cream
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
- 1 cup mascarpone cream
- Coffee Mixtue
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 Nescafe Caramel Latte Sachet
- For Assembly
- 1 packet Lady Fingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Chocolate flakes (optional)
Method
- Mix 1 Nescafe Caramel Latte sachet in 1 cup of hot water and set aside.
- Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla essence.
- Add the mascarpone and 1 Nescafe Caramel Latte sachet to the cream mixture.
- Pipe the cream in a cup or a dish.
- Quickly dip the lady fingers in the coffee and place on top of the cream.
- Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle flaked chocolate.
- Repeat step 4, 5 and 6.
- Refrigerate the caramel tiramisu for a few hours or overnight before serving.
