Caramel Sauce can be used on Sticky Date pudding, Nutella Mugs, Ice-cream, bananas and cream etc
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 50g Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 tbsp Water
Method
- Put all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Stirring until the sugar and butter dissolve.
- Increase heat and bring to the boil.
- Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Bottle...or enjoy it straight away.
