Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup potato
  • 2 cups cheese
  • 1 pk puff pastry
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sesame seeds
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Cut your potato and carrot in to small pieces and boil. When soft remove drain and put in to a saucepan. Add the tasty cheese pepper and salt. Mix until combined
  2. The roll out your puff pastry. All all the ingredients in to the middle of the pastry and roll. Then use one egg dip in your brush and brush down one end to help it stick.
  3. Then brush egg over the puff pastry and add sesame seeds . Then cook on 180 for 40 minutes.

Notes

this is a nice snack. You can use for lunch the next day .
