Carbonara is a family favourite, cheap, and easy!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500 g Chicken breast
- 1 jar Dolmio carbonara sauce
- 3 Rashes short cut bacon
- 250g Fettuccini
- 100 g Mushrooms sliced
- 25 g Spinach leaves
Method
- Cook your pasta as usual.
- Dice chicken and fry until brown, add bacon and cook.
- Add mushrooms and brown.
- Add carbonara sauce and simmer 5 min.
- Add fettuccini and throw in spinach at the end. Mix n serve.
Notes
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a salad and garlic bread
