Yummy chicken stir fry for the whole family.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1/4 Purple cabbage
- 440g Hokkein noodles
- 1 carrot- ribbons
- 1 large floret Broccoli
- 1 zucchini- ribbons
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup brown vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 Double breast chicken fillet
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown vinegar, sesame oil and sugar in a small bowl.
- heat wok add a splash of oil if necessary, brown chicken. Add all vegetables and sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Soak noodles in hot water until they seperate. Drain water, add noodles to wok. Simmer for a further 5 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
This can be made with beef, prawns, pork etc or without meat. Add or remove any other vegies you like. This dish is very versatile!
