Easy way to use up leftover BBQ chicken.


Ingredients (makes 4 Crepes)

  • 1 cup Diced BBQ Chicken
  • 1 cup Diced Ham or Bacon
  • 2 Spring Onions, Chopped Finely
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • White Sauce (either homemade or ready made in pouch)
  • Pancake Batter either homemade or bought
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Make 4 pancakes set aside
  2. Lightly fry, chicken, spring onion & ham/bacon
  3. Add white sauce to bind
  4. Spoon into pancakes & roll up
  5. Can be served immediately or reheat in microwave
  6. Serve with a green salad

Notes

Recipe can also be put into vol au-vent cases.

  • This sounds delicious. It would be hard to stop at just one of these chicken crepes.
