I make this in bulk than put into microwaveable containers and freeze than take them out when in need of a quick meal or to take to work :)


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1kg Chicken fillets
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 400 mills Coconut cream
  • 1 cup Rice
  • I McCormick flavor shot zesty chicken

Method

  1. Cook onion and chili in pan till soft
  2. Stir in garam masala and flavor shot heat for 2 mins
  3. Add chicken and coconut cream and simmer on low for 20 mins
  4. Serve with rice and garnish with coriander

  • I make big batches of different meals and freeze them too, it makes life so much easier. Still looking to find this particular flavour shot in our local supermarkets, because I really love a good curry. But I’d definitely leave the coriander out.
