A quick yummy family dish
Ingredients (serves 5)
- 1 kg Diced chicken
- 600ml Cream
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- 1 sml jar Artichoke hearts
- 3-4 tbs Sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 500 grms Pasta of your choice
Method
- Boil water for pasta and cook to packets directions
- In a pan fry diced chicken and once browned add cream
- Once cream has been cooking for about 3-4 mins add the artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomato’s and season with salt
- Let sauce cook for another 5 mins then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted through
- Turn off the stove and add cooked pasta and mix. Add more Parmesan if you like and serve
