This chocolate cake not too sweet. You can add 100 gr sugar if you prefer more sweet.
Ingredients (makes 1 Cake)
- 200 gr Plain flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 200 gr Cadbury Chocolate, melted
- 200 gr Margarine
- 4 Eggs
Method
- Sift plain flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat margarine with eggs until fluffy. Add in chocolate and milk, mixing well. Fold in flour, combine well with spatula.
- Pour cake mixture into cake tin and bake in pre-heated oven at 180C for 45 mins or skewer come out clean.
