This chocolate ganache recipe is super quick and easy. This chocolate ganache goes really well on cake or ratios can be changed to make it thinner or thicker to suit your needs.
Ingredients (makes 1 Cake)
- 130ml Cream
- 130g Dark chocolate melts
Method
- Place chocolate into a bowl.
- Heat cream until warm but not boiling. Pour warmed cream over chocolate and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Whisk until it comes together into a nice smooth ganache.
