Make this delicious dessert 2 days ahead or whip up 10 minutes before serving!

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500 grams Ricotta cheese
  • 125 grams NESTLE BAKERS' CHOICE Dark Chocolate Melts; OR 185 grams NESTLE BAKERS' CHOICE Milk Chocolate Melts, melted
  • 2 tbls Castor sugar

Method

  1. Beat ricotta cheese until light and smooth. Add castor sugar while beating. Do not stop beating until you are sure the ricotta is smooth otherwise it will get lumps!
  2. Beat in the melted chocolate until combined. Spoon into serving dishes and garnish as desired.
  3. Extra flavour such as coffee or your favourite liqueur can also be added.
