Make this delicious dessert 2 days ahead or whip up 10 minutes before serving!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500 grams Ricotta cheese
- 125 grams NESTLE BAKERS' CHOICE Dark Chocolate Melts; OR 185 grams NESTLE BAKERS' CHOICE Milk Chocolate Melts, melted
- 2 tbls Castor sugar
Method
- Beat ricotta cheese until light and smooth. Add castor sugar while beating. Do not stop beating until you are sure the ricotta is smooth otherwise it will get lumps!
- Beat in the melted chocolate until combined. Spoon into serving dishes and garnish as desired.
- Extra flavour such as coffee or your favourite liqueur can also be added.
