A lovely moist chocolate cake that can be made in the wonderful Philips All-In-One Cooker.
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 4 eggs
- 200g caster sugar
- 100g butter, melted
- 60g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 120g dark chocolate, melted
- 100g walnuts, chopped
Method
- Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add butter and mix through.
- Add flour and baking powder, fold through then add the melted chocolate and chopped walnuts, fold through.
- Grease the sides and base of the inner pot, add the cake batter and smooth the top. Press the BAKE button, set cooking time for 50 minutes and press start. Close lid and set the valve to BAKE position.
