Christmas crackles

These Christmas crackles are quick and simple and great for kids Christmas parties.

Ingredients (makes 20 -24 crackles)

2 cups Rice bubbles
50 g Butter
1 cup White marshmallows
30-50 g White chocolate melts, melted
20-24 Red lollies

Method

Place rice bubbles in a large bowl. In a saucepan, over low heat, combine butter and marshmallows until smooth. Pour over rice bubbles and stir until combined.
Spoon mixture into patty cases. Leave to set for about 20 minutes.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top. Add the lolly on top. Leave to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. Will last up to 3 days.
