These Christmas crackles are quick and simple and great for kids Christmas parties.
Ingredients (makes 20 -24 crackles)
- 2 cups Rice bubbles
- 50 g Butter
- 1 cup White marshmallows
- 30-50 g White chocolate melts, melted
- 20-24 Red lollies
Method
- Place rice bubbles in a large bowl. In a saucepan, over low heat, combine butter and marshmallows until smooth. Pour over rice bubbles and stir until combined.
- Spoon mixture into patty cases. Leave to set for about 20 minutes.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top. Add the lolly on top. Leave to set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container. Will last up to 3 days.
