This is a very sweet delicious dessert gnocchi.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 packet gnocchi
- 50g butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Cook gnocchi as per instructions and drain.
- In the mean time melt butter and add all the other ingredients and mix well to dissolve the sugar over low/medium heat.
- When all mixed and dissolved add the drained gnocchi and serve, putting the cinnamon stick on top like in the photo!
