Ingredients (makes 12 )
- 1.5 cup Cooked and mashed pumpkin
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey/ maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp each baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients except coconut flour in a large bowl. Combined well.
- Add in flour and mix well. I find it easier with hands.
- Arrange dough into desire sizes on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes on 185C.
