Ingredients (makes 12 )

  • 1.5 cup Cooked and mashed pumpkin
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey/ maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp each baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except coconut flour in a large bowl. Combined well.
  2. Add in flour and mix well. I find it easier with hands.
  3. Arrange dough into desire sizes on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes on 185C.
