It is good to serve with rice or over pasta as the pasta sauce.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 200ml cream
- 400g chicken breast
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red chilli chopped
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 100ml white wine
- bunch coriander
- 1 small chopped onion.
Method
- Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces and sauté in a little oil to cook through with the onion.
- Drain off oil and add garlic, wine and cream and simmer for 10-20 minutes. It will thicken a bit too.
- Add the chopped chilli, lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve.
Notes
If you like it hot add more chilli. sometimes I use coconut milk instead of cream for a nice flavour too you can use turkey or veal instead of the chicken.
