A quick salmon recipe.
Ingredients (makes 2 serves of salmon)
- 2 pieces Salmon with skin on
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped up
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Method
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Rub salt on skin. Sear salmon on frying pan skin down.
- Transfer salmon to baking dish and bake in oven for 8 to 10 mins.
- Combine mayo, lemon, thyme and plate with the salmon.
