A quick salmon recipe.


Ingredients (makes 2 serves of salmon)

  • 2 pieces Salmon with skin on
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped up
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Rub salt on skin. Sear salmon on frying pan skin down.
  2. Transfer salmon to baking dish and bake in oven for 8 to 10 mins.
  3. Combine mayo, lemon, thyme and plate with the salmon.
