Delicious start to the morning or can be eaten for lunch or light dinner.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Golden crumpet with oats
  • 1 Slice of cheese
  • 1 asparagus spears
  • 3 crumbles of fetta
  • 1 pinch of grated tasty cheese
  • Good squirt of mayonnaise (can be whole egg or japanese )

Method

  1. toast crumpet lightly
  2. Butter then place slice of cheese on crumpet.
  3. Add asparagus spears, crumbles of feta, top with tasty cheese Then squirt the mayonnaise over the top
  4. Place crumpet in Airfryer, Oven, grill until top melts.

  • This is different. Not something I would make but an interesting idea.

  • love asparagus but have never had it on crumpets


    • We love these toppings and have it wraps( just microwave to melt the cheese and you can add chicken) and on bread and you pop it into the oven or Airfryer to toast and melt cheese.
