Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500gm diced beef
- 200mL Pasta sauce
- 250gm Peas
- 1 large carrot (sliced)
- 1 large brown onion
- 1 bulb garlic
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp olive tapenade
- 250 gm Dried pasta
Method
- In a food processor, process onion and garlic until fine. In a hot wok, pour in generous amount of olive oil and saute the chili and onion garlic mix.
- When they start to get very fragrant, add in carrot and beef. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add in pasta sauce and peas. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add in olive tapenade and stir. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, Cook pasta according to package :) Serve with generous amount of the yummy sauce you just made!
