These date and almond bliss balls are a quick and easy snack that will please adults and kids alike.


Ingredients (makes 10 balls)

  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Method

  1. Put all ingredients except shredded coconut in the food processor. Pulse until combined and slightly chunky.
  2. Roll tablespoon amounts into balls and coat in the coconut.
  3. Place in the fridge and keep on hand for a tasty snack.
