These date and almond bliss balls are a quick and easy snack that will please adults and kids alike.
Ingredients (makes 10 balls)
- 1 cup medjool dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Method
- Put all ingredients except shredded coconut in the food processor. Pulse until combined and slightly chunky.
- Roll tablespoon amounts into balls and coat in the coconut.
- Place in the fridge and keep on hand for a tasty snack.
