A delicious dairy free alternative!


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 250 ml Rice Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined.

Notes

Add ice into blender for a thicker consistency. A sprinkle of cinnamon is also beautiful to add in!

  • Love this and ice will give me the thickshake without the guilt.
