Just like Mum’s old bread and butter pudding only better!
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 4 eggs
- 250ml thickened cream
- 300ml milk
- 2 tblsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- NESTLE BAKERS' CHOICE White Choc Bits
- NESTLE BAKERS' CHOICE Caramel or Milk Choc Bits
- 12 Cinnamon Donuts
- Butter
- Cinnamon
Method
- Add eggs, cream, milk, vanilla essence and brown sugar, whisk until smooth
- Cut donuts in half horizontally and butter
- Layer donuts in an oven proof dish, sprinkling cinnamon and NESTLE BAKERS' CHOICE Choc Bits between each donut layer
- Pour pudding mixture over donuts and place in a 160°C oven for 40-60mins
