A delicious hearty meal that you can have ready quickly.


Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1pkt Masterfoods Beef Stoganoff recipe base 175gm
  • 1/2 pkt Fettucine pasta
  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 pkt Ingham's Chicken meatballs.
  • 2 tbs raw cashew
  • 2 tsp chopped parsely

Method

  1. Fry the meatballs in a little olive oil
  2. When almost done add the onions and mushrooms and stir in
  3. Add the recipe bases and sour cream as per packet instructions.
  4. Cook the pasta as per instructions
  5. Stir in the raw cashews then serve with the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.

  • Not too sure on this one. Packet stroganoff mix and pre made chicken meatballs, I avoid pre packaged foods as much as I can. Could be tastey tho

  • I love cashews and I like them in meals cooked and chicken metballs are a different flavour to give a go. This is a hearty meal to fill up the kids and me with.
