Ingredients (serves 6)
- 400 ml Cream
- 250 grams Chocolate
Method
- Melt chocolate. Save a little to grate on top for decoration at the end.
- Whip cream until soft peeks form.
- Add melted chocolate and continue to whip.
- Grate left over chocolate and decorate. Put in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
